Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Please contact us to arrange.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued via bank transfer once the returned item has been received and reviewed. If you paid by cash on delivery, you will receive an email asking for your bank details in order to process your refund. Please allow a few business days for processing.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
